Attend Legal Solutions, LLC
Effective Date: October 30, 2026
These Firm Terms of Service (“Service Terms”) govern access to and use of the platform operated by Attend Legal Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Attend”), and the hearing coverage services made available through that platform.
These Service Terms apply to law firms, attorneys, and other legal service providers accessing the platform to request or manage hearing coverage services (collectively, “Firm”).
By accepting these Service Terms during firm registration, the individual registering Firm represents that the individual is authorized to bind Firm to these Service Terms. Firm’s continued access to and use of the platform is subject to these Service Terms, as amended in accordance with Section 11.5.
1. Services
1.1 Hearing Coverage. Attend arranges and coordinates hearing coverage by qualified attorneys (“Coverage Attorneys”) for proceedings before the Social Security Administration (“SSA”). Hearing coverage generally includes reasonable pre-hearing preparation, attendance at the scheduled hearing, completion of applicable pre-hearing and post-hearing reporting requirements, and reasonable post-hearing coordination.
1.2 Nonexclusive Relationship. The relationship between Attend and Firm is nonexclusive. Firm is not obligated to request any minimum number of hearings through Attend, and Attend is not obligated to accept any minimum number of assignments.
1.3 Platform. Attend provides an online platform through which Firm may manage hearings, request coverage, communicate with Coverage Attorneys, exchange documents, access hearing information, and use other available features.
1.4 Coverage Requests. Submission of a hearing or coverage request does not guarantee coverage. A request is accepted only when Attend confirms the assignment through the platform or other written communication.
1.5 No Guarantee of Outcome. Neither Attend nor any Coverage Attorney guarantees any particular result in an SSA proceeding.
2. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment
2.1 Standard Hearing Fee. The standard fee for hearing coverage is $400 per hearing, unless Attend and Firm have agreed in writing to different pricing. Attend may modify its standard hearing coverage fee upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Firm, which may be provided by email to the primary email address associated with Firm’s account. Any revised fee shall apply only to hearing coverage requests submitted after the effective date of the price change. Firm’s submission of hearing coverage requests after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.
2.2 Included Services. The standard fee includes reasonable preparation for the hearing, attendance at the scheduled hearing, completion of required pre-hearing and post-hearing reporting, and reasonable coordination directly related to the hearing. Substantial additional work outside ordinary hearing coverage, including extensive briefing, additional proceedings, or other legal services, may require a separate agreement.
2.3 Monthly Invoicing. Attend will invoice Firm monthly for all hearing coverage services performed during the preceding calendar month, together with any applicable cancellation fees or other agreed charges.
2.4 Payment. Firm shall pay all undisputed amounts within the payment period specified on Attend’s invoice. Firm’s obligation to pay Attend is independent of Firm’s receipt of payment from the claimant, SSA, or any other party.
2.5 Billing Disputes. Firm shall notify Attend of any disputed charge within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the invoice, identifying the charge and the basis for the dispute. The parties shall work in good faith to resolve billing disputes. Undisputed amounts remain payable when due.
2.6 Cancellation Fees. Once hearing coverage has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees apply: (a) Cancellation at least one (1) calendar day but seven (7) or less calendar days before the scheduled hearing: Fifty percent (50%) of the applicable hearing coverage fee. (b) Cancellation on the scheduled hearing date: One hundred percent (100%) of the applicable hearing coverage fee. For a hearing subject to the standard $400 fee, the applicable cancellation fees are $200 and $400, respectively.
2.7 Rescheduled Hearings. A rescheduled hearing may require a new coverage assignment. Attend will make reasonable efforts to retain the originally assigned Coverage Attorney but does not guarantee availability. Cancellation fees may apply to the original assignment under Section 2.6 unless rescheduling was due to circumstances outside Firm’s reasonable control.
3. Firm Responsibilities
3.1 Case Information. Firm shall provide accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably necessary for the Coverage Attorney to prepare for and attend the hearing, including hearing notices, relevant case documents, claimant information, procedural history, and any case-specific instructions.
3.2 Authority to Disclose Information. Firm represents that it has the authority to provide claimant and case information to Attend and assigned Coverage Attorneys for the purpose of performing requested services.
3.3 Continuing Representation. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, Firm remains responsible for its underlying attorney-client relationship, overall case management, ongoing claimant communications, and obligations as counsel of record.
3.4 Notice of Changes. Firm shall promptly notify Attend of hearing cancellations, postponements, changes in hearing time or location, claimant contact information, or other material developments affecting an assignment.
3.5 Cooperation. Firm shall reasonably cooperate with Attend and assigned Coverage Attorneys to facilitate timely preparation, representation, and completion of required post-hearing activities.
3.6 Professional Obligations. Firm remains responsible for complying with applicable laws, SSA requirements, and professional conduct rules governing its representation of claimants.
4. Coverage Attorneys
4.1 Attorney Qualifications. Attend utilizes attorneys to perform hearing coverage services. Coverage Attorneys are responsible for maintaining applicable licensure, registrations, and professional qualifications.
4.2 Independent Professional Judgment. Coverage Attorneys retain independent professional judgment in performing legal services and are responsible for complying with applicable professional conduct rules and SSA requirements.
4.3 Assignment and Substitution. Attend may assign or substitute a qualified Coverage Attorney when reasonably necessary. Attend will provide notice of substitutions when practicable.
4.4 Scope of Representation. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, a Coverage Attorney’s assignment is limited to the scheduled hearing and associated pre-hearing and post-hearing responsibilities. The assignment does not transfer general responsibility for the claimant’s case from Firm to Attend.
4.5 Conflicts. Firm shall identify known conflicts or restrictions relevant to an assignment. Attend and the assigned Coverage Attorney may decline or withdraw from an assignment when necessary to comply with applicable professional obligations.
5. Platform Accounts and Authorized Users
5.1 Firm Accounts. Firm may establish an account and authorize personnel to access the platform according to available user roles and permissions.
5.2 Account Responsibility. Firm is responsible for activity conducted through its authorized accounts and for ensuring that its users comply with these Service Terms.
5.3 Security. Firm shall maintain the confidentiality of account credentials, use reasonable security measures, and promptly notify Attend of suspected unauthorized access.
5.4 Permitted Use. Firm may use the platform only for lawful purposes related to its professional operations and the services offered through Attend.
5.5 Prohibited Conduct. Firm shall not: (a) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user’s information; (b) Interfere with platform functionality or security; (c) Introduce malicious code or engage in unauthorized automated activity; (d) Misuse claimant information or confidential materials; or (e) Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly authorized.
5.6 Platform Availability. Attend will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Confidentiality and Information Security
6.1 Confidential Information. Each party shall protect confidential information received in connection with the services, including claimant information, case records, nonpublic business information, and other information reasonably understood to be confidential.
6.2 Permitted Use. Attend may access, process, store, transmit, and disclose information provided by Firm as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, coordinate hearing coverage, perform requested services, comply with applicable law, and enforce these Service Terms. Firm further authorizes Attend to use claimant contact information to communicate with claimants on Firm’s behalf following hearings covered through Attend for purposes of conducting quality assurance and satisfaction surveys concerning the performance and professionalism of assigned Coverage Attorneys. Attend may use information obtained through such surveys to evaluate Coverage Attorneys, address service concerns, and improve the quality of its services, subject to applicable confidentiality and professional obligations.
6.3 Authorized Disclosures. Attend may disclose information to assigned Coverage Attorneys, authorized personnel, and service providers with a legitimate need for access, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
6.4 Safeguards. Each party shall maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information it handles.
6.5 Professional Confidentiality. Nothing in these Service Terms authorizes disclosure or use of information in violation of applicable attorney-client privilege, professional confidentiality obligations, or law.
6.6 Ownership of Firm Information. Firm retains its rights in claimant and case information submitted through the platform. Firm grants Attend a limited right to use such information for the purposes described in these Service Terms.
6.7 Retention and Deletion. Attend may retain information as reasonably necessary for legal compliance, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legitimate operational purposes. Firm may request deletion of information, subject to applicable legal and operational retention requirements.
6.8 Security Incidents. Each party shall notify the other without unreasonable delay after confirming a security incident materially affecting the other party’s confidential information and shall reasonably cooperate in addressing the incident.
7. Third-Party Applications and Services
7.1 App Store. The Attend platform may include an application marketplace or similar feature (the “App Store”) through which Firm may discover, access, or connect with products, applications, and services offered by independent third parties.
7.2 Independent Third-Party Providers. Unless expressly identified as an Attend service, offerings made available through the App Store are provided solely by independent third-party providers. Attend is not the provider, seller, contracting party, or billing party for such services.
7.3 Separate Agreements. Any agreement for third-party services is solely between Firm and the applicable third-party provider. Such services may be governed by separate terms of service, privacy policies, payment arrangements, and other contractual requirements established by the provider.
7.4 No Responsibility for Third-Party Services. Attend does not control and is not responsible for the performance, quality, accuracy, availability, security, legality, professional services, or results of third-party offerings.
7.5 No Endorsement or Guarantee. The availability of an application or service through the App Store does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, certification, or guarantee by Attend.
7.6 Third-Party Fees. All fees, charges, refunds, and payment disputes relating to third-party offerings are solely between Firm and the applicable provider. Attend has no responsibility for billing, collecting, or refunding amounts charged by third-party providers.
7.7 Information Sharing. Firm is responsible for determining whether to authorize any transfer of claimant or Firm information to a third-party provider. Such information may thereafter be governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
7.8 Changes to App Store. Attend may add, modify, suspend, or remove access to third-party offerings at its discretion.
7.9 No Agency. Third-party providers are not agents, employees, representatives, or partners of Attend merely because their services are accessible through the App Store.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Attend Property. Attend retains all rights, title, and interest in its platform, software, branding, designs, workflows, documentation, and other proprietary materials.
8.2 Limited License. Attend grants Firm a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for its internal business purposes while these Service Terms remain in effect.
8.3 Restrictions. Firm shall not reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the platform except as expressly authorized by Attend.
8.4 Firm Materials. Firm retains ownership of its documents, information, and materials, subject to the limited rights granted to Attend under these Service Terms.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 No Guarantee of Legal Outcomes. Attend does not guarantee any particular outcome in an SSA proceeding or that hearing coverage services will prevent adverse developments in a claimant’s case.
9.2 Platform Disclaimer. Except as expressly provided in these Service Terms, the platform is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9.3 Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from these Service Terms, including lost profits or business opportunities, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
9.4 Limitation of Liability. Except for payment obligations, fraud, willful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, each party’s aggregate contractual liability arising from these Service Terms shall not exceed the fees paid or payable to Attend by Firm during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.5 Nonwaivable Obligations. Nothing in these Service Terms limits any nonwaivable professional responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Termination
10.1 Term. These Service Terms become effective upon Firm’s electronic acceptance during registration and remain effective until terminated.
10.2 Termination for Convenience. Either party may terminate the relationship upon thirty (30) days’ written notice.
10.3 Suspension or Immediate Termination. Attend may suspend platform access or terminate these Service Terms upon a material breach, unlawful activity, serious security concerns, or conduct presenting a material risk to claimants, attorneys, or platform operations.
10.4 Pending Assignments. Termination does not automatically cancel previously confirmed hearing assignments. The parties shall cooperate in good faith to address pending assignments and protect affected claimants. Applicable cancellation fees and accrued payment obligations remain enforceable.
10.5 Survival. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and other provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain effective.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Independent Parties. Attend and Firm are independent contracting parties. Nothing in these Service Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, or general agency relationship between them.
11.2 Governing Law. These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
11.3 Venue. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from these Service Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Tarrant County, Texas.
11.4 Notices. Notices to Attend may be sent to support@attendlegal.com. Notices to Firm may be sent to the primary email address associated with Firm’s account.
11.5 Amendments. Attend may modify these Service Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on its website or platform. Attend will provide notice of material changes by email to the primary email address associated with Firm’s account. Unless otherwise specified, revised Service Terms will become effective thirty (30) days after such notice. Firm’s continued access to or use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Service Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If Firm does not agree to the revised Service Terms, Firm must discontinue use of the platform before the effective date. Amendments will not retroactively alter accrued contractual obligations without agreement. Changes to hearing coverage pricing are additionally governed by Section 2.1.
11.6 Entire Agreement. These Service Terms, together with any separately agreed written pricing arrangements and expressly incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between Attend and Firm concerning the subject matter addressed herein.
11.7 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
11.8 No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision later.
11.9 Electronic Acceptance. By selecting the checkbox acknowledging acceptance of these Service Terms during firm account registration, the individual registering Firm agrees to these Service Terms on Firm’s behalf and represents that the individual is authorized to bind Firm. Such electronic acceptance constitutes a binding agreement between Firm and Attend, subject to applicable law.
